Overview
A privacy-first IT support bot for Mattermost. It answers from your own runbooks and network documentation (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, identity) rather than the open web. Teams ask in-channel or with slash commands; replies stay in-thread and attach source filenames. An admin UI manages the knowledge base; optional Jira sits beside it. If the docs do not cover the question, it refuses and points people to the network team.
